FounderOur Story
Like many housewives in India, I dreamt of starting my own business venture. Being a graduate from SRCC (Shri Ram College of Commerce) and having a diploma in marketing, I believed in myself to achieve the humongous goals I was about to set for myself. I didn’t have to look very far for inspiration, it was always right in front of me. My father-in-law, who’s one of the biggest manufacturers of leatherette in India, motivated me to take the leap of faith. And there was this ever existing passion for fashion apparel, which made the path even clearer for me. It wasn’t long before I realized that with his help, I could provide handbags made with artificial leather to women all over the world. Being an avid shopper myself, I also wanted to ensure that they’re as affordable as possible, and feel just as premium as those made of natural leather. With the support of my exceptionally talented team, I founded IMARS in 2018.
Our Philosophy
When the intention is to socially contribute towards the society, this comes as a natural choice of ‘line of work’. We not only are avoiding cruelty to animals , but also making donations for their well being. This being our Company Policy. The products are created with genuine and real ideas of designers and karigars. Keeping the environment as our prime concern, We make VEGAN products. Yes, we are totally manmade and environment-friendly. We create amazing products like handbags, laptop bags, wallets, and purses, etc keeping the latest fashion trends in mind and admiring Indian art as our inspiration, we have every bag for everyone at the best prices for your wardrobe.
Our Approch
IMARS, a well-established brand is making eco-friendly bags, with the sourcing of high quality leatherette. Our emphasis is on using high-quality leatherette with some form of Indian art, like patola, tie-dye, tribal prints. This makes our product UNIQUE in the market. A FUSION of Indian art & contemporary material. Also, we like to make our customers feel SPECIAL by providing the option of name tags. We, at IMARS, believe in creating contemporary, trendy and practical designs for our customers with reasonable price points.
