Return, Exchange & Refund Policy โ€“ IMARS

At IMARS, we are committed to maintaining transparency and fairness in all transactions. By placing an order with IMARS, the customer agrees to the terms outlined below.


1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 (seven) days from the date of successful delivery. Requests initiated beyond this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.

A genuine and valid reason must be provided for every return or exchange request. IMARS reserves the sole right to evaluate the request and approve or reject it based on the reason stated and the condition of the product.


2. Exchange Terms

  • Products are eligible for exchange only with another IMARS product of the same value.

  • All exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of request.

  • Price differences, if any, shall neither be adjusted nor refunded.


3. Damage, Defect & Verification

In the event of a damaged or defective product:

  • Customers must provide a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video as mandatory proof.

  • Requests submitted without valid video evidence will not be considered.


4. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement only.
Cancellation requests made after this window will not be accepted.


5. Refund Processing

IMARS typically confirms the approval or rejection of return, refund, or cancellation requests within 24 hours of receiving the request.

Approved refunds are processed to the original mode of payment, in accordance with applicable platform and banking guidelines.


6. Promotional Vouchers & Discounts

Any promotional vouchers, coupon codes, or discounts applied at the time of purchase are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash under any circumstances.


7. Non-Returnable Conditions

  • Minor color variations arising due to lighting, photography, or screen display differences do not qualify as defects and are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer, except in cases where IMARS confirms a manufacturing defect.


8. Policy Authority

IMARS reserves the right to amend or update this policy at its discretion without prior notice. All decisions taken by IMARS regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds shall be final and binding.
