Taking care of your IMARS bag is simple. Just follow the below-given steps, and you’ll be good to go!

In case of spots or dirt, simply wipe your IMARS bags with a soft, damp, and clean cloth.

Avoid using any kind of chemicals directly on the bag to clean it.

When your bag is not in use, hang it on a rack to avoid damage. If you wish to fit it in your wardrobe though, make sure the bag is lightly stuffed and well wrapped in a dust cloth.

DO NOT store the bag in extreme temperatures and high humidity.

We take customization requests for adding Gold Foil-Embossed Name Tags that jazz up & elevate your IMARS bags, making them more unique.

You can make payments through debit and credit cards, UPI, Net Banking, Mobile Banking, Online Wallets and Paytm. EMI option is also available on select credit cards.


Yes, we take gift wrapping requests for your order(s).

You will be informed about whether or not the Cash On Delivery (C.O.D.) option is available in your respective area while you’re placing your order.


*How long does it take for IMARS to ship the product after I place the order?

Regular orders are shipped from our warehouse in 5-7 working days with an exception for customized/personalized orders.


As of now, we ship products pan India.


*A few months ago, I placed an order on IMARS and successfully received the same. However, this time I’m unable to place an order as my pin code is not recognized. Why so?

There were a few areas and pin codes that were serviced by IMARS earlier; however, they are unserviceable now due to courier issues. If you are trying to place an order using one of these pin codes, we won't be able to accept it, and we sincerely regret the inconvenience. If you still wish to buy your desired product, we request you to provide us with an alternate address with a serviceable pin code.


It is not possible to change the shipping address once you have placed an order on our portal. However, if it’s necessary, you can get in touch with our Customer Support team well in time, before the order is shipped. We shall consider your request if it’s feasible.


Yes! It’s really easy to track your IMARS order. Just keep your AWB number handy (as mentioned in your IMARS account) once the order is shipped, which you’ll be notified about.


IMARS strives to cater to its customers irrespective of the distance. However, due to likely constraints, there are still a few areas where we are unable to ship. To make it easier for you, we will intimate you about the same while you’re placing your order.


Your order will be delivered within 5-7 working days. Although, if you have made a customization/personalization request for your order, it will take up to 20 days to reach you.

For any orders worth Rs.500 and below, a nominal fee of Rs 149 will be charged and any orders above Rs 500, a nominal fee of Rs 99 will be charged.
